Generally, Nortel will need two basic items to provide a fee quotation:
- An estimate of monthly IVR traffic volume that will be handled by the IVR application (i.e. "x thousands/millions minutes per month")
- Completion of the Technical Questionnaire
(shown on the "Hosted IVR Resources" page) describing your application.
Nortel's sales engineering organization can assist with the preparation of this technical questionnaire, after interviewing customers about their business needs and
operating environment.
