Nortel's Hosted IVR program allows customers to outsource all IVR applications
and operations to Nortel. Customers that prefer this approach will not need the developer resources on this website.
Other Nortel customers may desire to develop or test their own applications.
In such cases, Nortel is pleased to offer various developer resources for
pre-registered customers. Production deployment of any application will
require prior execution of a Nortel "Hosted Solutions Agreement", purchase order, and other supporting documents.
