service with a simple "per minute" fee model. Nortel's Hosted IVR program is a secure, 100% standards-based, VoIP/SIP optimized,
and geographically redundant service that complies with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) standard.
Nortel's Hosted IVR service may be purchased on a stand-alone basis, or in conjunction with Nortel's
extensive portfolio of hosted solutions.
It is available as both an integrated solution with speech applications, or as a flexible platform for enterprises that manage their own VoiceXML applications. Nortel's Hosted IVR program allows customers to immediately evaluate the business case for IVR projects, comparing agent costs with Nortel's economical per-minute fees.
